How We Work

Nothing changes until you've seen it. Nothing ships without a way back.

Five steps, in the order they happen. It's the same method under an AI agent, a CRM migration, and a commissions engine, and it's why we ship in weeks without breaking what you already run.

The five steps

Audit read-only

Before we propose anything, we pull counts from your systems with read-only credentials and no write access. Duplicates, dead fields, silent automations, failed syncs, unused seats. You get a ranked list of what's actually there and what each item costs you to leave alone.

What you get: A findings report you can rerun after we're gone, and a proposal that references it line by line.

Mock it up

Every screen, record page, dashboard, and agent conversation is mocked up and signed off before we build it. You react to a picture, not a paragraph. Changes at this stage cost minutes; changes after build cost days.

What you get: A clickable or visual mockup for every user-facing piece, approved in writing.

Dry-run, then commit

Every data change runs twice. The first pass writes nothing and produces a report: what would be created, updated, merged, or reassigned, and how many of each. You review it. Only then does the commit run, and it produces the same counts.

What you get: A dry-run report before every change, and a commit log that matches it.

Hand off with rollback

Every commit ships with a snapshot of what it touched and a script that puts it back. We've moved roughly 380,000 records this year on that rule and have never needed an unrecoverable fix. Nothing is "done" until the rollback is tested. If you'd rather we keep running what we built, that's a monthly plan, not a lock-in: the rollback and the docs stay in your environment either way.

What you get: A rollback file and a one-line command for every data change, kept in your environment.

Session handoffs

Every working session ends with a dated, written handoff: what changed, what was verified, what's open, and a section called "corrections" for anything we got wrong along the way. Your team can pick up where we stopped without a meeting.

What you get: A running log of the engagement your next admin, developer, or consultant can read cold.

Principles

  • AI without a system of record is a demo.
  • If we can't show where the number came from, it doesn't go on the dashboard.
  • A Flow is not AI, and an agent is not a Flow. We'll tell you which one you need.
  • The person on the call is the person doing the work.
  • Every change has a dry run, a snapshot, and a way back.
  • When AI is the wrong tool, we say so and build the rule instead. We've shelved a voice clone over quality and deferred a voice agent for an audience it didn't fit.

How we build

We use AI in our own delivery, and we hold it to the same standard as anything written by hand. Drafts of transforms, audit scripts, and test suites come fast; what ships is whatever survives an independent validation run against your real data and the same dry-run, commit, and rollback steps as every other change. That's why a build that used to take a quarter takes weeks, and why the count in the handoff matches the count in your system.

Start with the audit.

30-minute call. No pitch deck. We'll tell you if AI is the wrong tool.
