Dashboards that answer the question instead of decorating it
Each tab starts with the decision it supports. Built from read-only snapshots on any stack, with persona toggles so a rep and an exec each see their question.

- Pipedrive

The problem
The dashboards had every chart and answered nothing. Leaders opened them, couldn't find the number they needed, and went back to asking someone for a report.
What we built
Dashboard suites that start from the question. For a direct-to-consumer brand, an operations view built from read-only CRM and dialer snapshots. For a Salesforce sales team, a suite with persona toggles so a rep and the head of sales each land on their own question first. Every card says what it answers and when the data was pulled.
No AI in this build. Here's why that was right: a dashboard is a set of definitions everyone agrees on. A model summarizing your pipeline is a second opinion, not a source of truth.
Scheduled read-only snapshots, metric definitions as code, freshness stamps on every card, and persona toggles that filter rather than recalculate.
Outcome
One ops dashboard showed a 22 percent connect rate at 4 p.m. against 7.5 percent at 7 a.m., which changed the calling schedule. One client's finding, not a benchmark.
Who this fits
- Leaders who still ask someone to pull the number the dashboard was supposed to show
- Call centers and sales teams with dialer data nobody has analyzed
- Non-Salesforce stacks that have never had a proper ops view
