The problem
Every vendor proposed a build in the first meeting. Nobody had counted the duplicates, listed the dead fields, or checked whether anything was actually wired up.
What we built
A read-only audit that runs first on every engagement: scripted pulls with no write permissions, producing counts of webhooks, duplicate clusters, unused fields, and ownerless records. On Salesforce it also covers automations, permissions, and field usage. Findings come back ranked with the cost of leaving each one alone.
No AI in the audit itself. Here's why that was right: an audit has to be reproducible. The same script on the same org gives the same counts, and you can rerun it after we leave.

Outcome
One first audit found zero webhooks configured and 1,682 duplicate clusters before a single record changed.
